Our comfortable oceanfront condo has everything you will need for a relaxing vacation! It is thoroughly cleaned after every rental and fresh linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Please note that ours is a non-smoking unit. We are continually updating our condo for your comfort and welcome suggestions from you, our guests, on ways to make your stay even better the next time you visit! If you have a larger group, please note that we have access to other units at Water Pointe II (friends of ours who also rent their own condos)!

Our condo is 1,050 square feet with 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin), 2 full bathrooms with walk-in showers, and a sleeper sofa. It sleeps 6 guests comfortably.
