We live in North Carolina but have always enjoyed the North Myrtle Beach area, particularly in the off-season. It is expensive to own property at the beach, so renting our place has been a good way to help offset those costs. We come to the area as often as we can, so we keep our condo well-equipped and looking nice to make sure our guests have wonderful, relaxing vacations here. We searched for 2 years before deciding on our oceanfront condo at Water Pointe II. We purchased in 2006. We love the area, have been very impressed with the proactive HOA and we have made lots of changes to the interior of the condo through the years. We have never once regretted our choice!
