House Rules and General Information

I only rent to families or responsible adults over the age of 25.

My weekly rates include linens and departure cleaning.

No house parties; maximum occupancy 6 persons.

No smoking; no pets.

No motorcycles, campers or trailers allowed on the property.

Parking permits may be used for a maximum of 2 vehicles.

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. Please do not enter the condo for any reason before 2:00 p.m. It’s fine if you check by after that time to see if our crew is finished with their work – if they are still there, please don’t enter or put any of your belongings in the condo. Thanks for your understanding!

Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Cancellations: Refund of deposit and rent will be made if your reservation is cancelled at least 2 months before your scheduled arrival. Otherwise, no refund will be given unless the unit can be rented; if rented for less than your rate, the difference will be deducted from your refund. All refunds are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

A security deposit of $200 is required for our guests and is refundable after departure, if the unit is reasonably clean, there is no damage or theft, and keys and parking permits are all accounted for. Charges for lost keys, parking permits, extra cleaning, lock-out service, etc., will be deducted from your security deposit. Your liability is not limited to the amount of the security deposit.
